As defined by Mahatma Gandhi:

We squirm and cringe at how Bush treats the ( "our"..urgghhh) Queen. You do not keep calling her 'Your Majesty'...you say it once then call her "M'arm".
I wish we were a republic, then we wouldn't have to know such pedantic things.
What the hell was she doing over there anyway, giving Bush credence...oh dear oh dear!
