My absolute favorite thing about Easter is "The Regina Caeli" which we used to sing on Easter Sunday back in the days of the Latin mass. Yes, I am one of the few Catholics who still longs for the Latin mass especially on Easter and at funerals. There is no religious ceremony more beautiful, in my opinion, than a Latin high mass.
Aside from that, I used to like some of the candy we would get especially chocolate eggs and rabbits and also those little yellow chicks that I think were marshmallows.
