As defined by Mahatma Gandhi:
In India when people meet and part they often say, Namaste' which means: "I honor the place within you where the entire Universe resides; I honor the place within you of love, of light, of truth, of peace; I honor the place within you, where, when you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, there is only one of us."
I was in Vegas early this morning--didn't bother to play to see if I was lucky, but my flights back were better than going out so suppose I had some luck.
30 years ago it took all of this day ( 07/07/77) and all the next day into the night for my son to arrive. So the 8th is more lucky for me.

ReplyDeleteIt wasn't too bad. I wouldn't say anything "lucky" happened.
ReplyDeleteIt was a lucky day for me. I was resting after a vacation. :)

Yeah, it was lucky. Spent the weekend with friends we've known for more than 40 years. They are still as much fun to be around as ever.
ReplyDeleteHow lucky can one be? I didn't win the PowerBall jackpot, but that is only because it has to build up to $77million. Snerx.
Well, I woke up on the 8th so I guess it was lucky. Not that I give a damn if I wake up anymore.
ReplyDeleteThe date in itself did not mean anymore to me than any other day though.
