Gotta laugh. The republican big plan for SS was to privatize it and let everyone invest in the stock market. Great plan! The market is lower now than it was 10 years ago.
Don't be surprised when the Rethugs win in the 2010 elections to hear the privatization of SS goodness again.
They only have a few planks in their program: 1) cut taxes 2) abolish the minimum wage 3) eviscerate the safety net 4) elect more 'thugs and 5) privatize SS.
