As defined by Mahatma Gandhi:
In India when people meet and part they often say, Namaste' which means: "I honor the place within you where the entire Universe resides; I honor the place within you of love, of light, of truth, of peace; I honor the place within you, where, when you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, there is only one of us."

Why can't we just stay on one time year 'round for Chrissakes!! $@#*%$
So is this about "daylight saving"? Do you have that there? We have it here but it is fine by me as we live in such hot and humid place. Qld the hottest state does not have it. So it is interesting to read the comments here in a country that has such diverse weather.
Polly~ Yes, we have daylight savings time here and most people I know don't like it. It's a pain in the pa-toot changing the clocks twice a year and then trying to adjust to the time change.
Originally the idea behind it was to benefit the farmers allowing them an extra daylight hour in the evening. But that kinda fell by the weigh side as far as I know.
Then they said it would help reduce energy costs but apparently that theory has been proven wrong. Now I think they just want to irritate us.

sage~ Spring is almost here; that's the only good thing about the time change! :o)
I agree, leave it alone! At one point It may have served a purpose but I do not think so anymore.
The excuse is to save money but there is no way it does. It just drives us crazy and serves no practical purpose at all!
patriot~ Also, they keep extending it so now we're only on regular time four months.
What sense does that make to go through all the rigmarole for a few months!?!
I know! Seriously, why do we have to go through this!
Jolynn~ Amen, sister! :o)
My sentiments exactly. They got it right in Arizona.
jack~ Ya think!?! :o)
Karen it makes no sense! I really have to wonder why they do it because unlike Politics these seems to benefit on one!
