Are they "prisoners of war" or are they "battlefield combatants" if they are prisoners of war keep them in a prisoner of war camp in the USA until the war is over, if they are "battlefield combatants" first of all define what the hell that means. You do not put prisoners of war on trial.
Holte~ Don't know how they figure out how to define what they are. For one thing, how do you define "war" when it's terrorism. I don't believe terrorists have a particular goal other than to "terrorize". It's a mess.

If they don't have a goal other than to *terrorize*, there won't be an end result for the U.S.; it'll just be a continuous battle.
