You can still get one. The trick is to not trade in your brain for it.

The same can be said about Obama's surge. [[[i should have seen the rabbit hole, but i stayed the course.]]]

Holte~ =grin=

Reality~ Only thing about that is Obama consistently said during his campaign that he would focus on Afghanistan.

True story. A guy was driving to some place kind of out of the way - a B&B, if I remember correctly. GPS said turn, he did, onto a dirt road. He drove for ages until it turned into a cow track. Someone had to go save his dumb ass. I don't have a GPS. I have a watch with a compass. That does the trick :)

Bee~ Rock on!

Just wanted to stop by and see wassup, my first visit to your blog actually. I dont know if you recall...but back over 5 year's ago a case that I heard out of Germany where a person guided by their system drove through a barricade up for road construction, that was up ...well ...because there was no more road. Their GPS told them to. There is one on the car I am driving now, and I only used the goddamn thing once when I was about 150 miles south of Dallas. For me they are about the most irritating damn thing when I'm driving, nor do I pay attention to half the other so called helpful treat's on the car.

Have a good un ..........

Oh sure, Karen ... like we're going to think that would happen to anyone - I mean, outside of the photo you have of when G.W. Bush was using a GPS, can you name when this has happened to anyone else? ;)

Ranch~ Welcome to my place!

I don't have a GPS, but daughter does and it does lead her astray like those map quest thingies... but no sinks holes yet.

Robert~ Prolly done tongue in cheek. :o)

that's funny--I hate how the GPS keeps trying to correct you when you pull off the freeway for a rest stop or gasoline, but I love her sexy English voice!

Our "Maggie" does err on occasion, but we are smarter than that. You wouldn't believe how well we prepare for trips. MapQuest directions, Google maps and the GPS. We may also have the big Rand, McNally atlas.

"Maggie" did try to send us cross country once, but we didn't buy it. snerx.

Jack~ Oh my... they even have names!?!

=grin=

Duh!

Well, yeah.

snerx, guffaw, snicker.
