are the legislators in south dakota scary, or what? of course, the scariest part comes when the new "law" gets challenged (which it will) and makes its way up the legal wrangling ladder to the supreme court (the whole freaking point of passing it in the first place, right?). let's just hope bush's newest justices aren't the mindless-follow-the-ultra-conservative-right flunkies we all suspect they are...oh please. oh please. oh please... sigh
